You can add, edit and remove categories.

If you didn’t added any category the categories link won’t appear in the site header. so at least you need one category to see the categories link in site’s header

Offline Payments
  • Enable Offline Payments as Payment Method

    Offline payments are the payment made through Bank Transfer or Cash or E-Transfer ..etc
    Any Payment that isn’t made by online payment method is considered Offline Payment.

  • Offline Payment Title

    The Text that appears to customer when he chooses Offline Payment.
    It can be Offline Payment, Bank Transfer or Cash .. etc.

PayPal
Paypal Setting

PayPal SandBox: you can activate PayPal sandbox to test the script payment functions.
if PayPal SandBox is on you need to add SANDBOX API CREDENTIALS
if PayPal SandBox is off you need to add LIVE API CREDENTIALS

Stripe
Stripe Setting

Stripe Test Mode: you can activate Stripe Test Mode to test the script payment functions.
if Stripe Test Mode is on you need to add STRIPE TEST CREDENTIALS
if Stripe Test Mode is off you need to add STRIPE LIVE CREDENTIALS

RazorPay
RazorPay Setting

RazorPay Test Mode: you can activate RazorPay Test Mode to test the script payment functions.
if RazorPay Test Mode is on you need to add RazorPay TEST API CREDENTIALS
if RazorPay Test Mode is off you need to add RazorPay LIVE API CREDENTIALS

Tips

We have two cases for each payment method.
Test Mode : we use it before launching the website to make all possible tests
Live Mode : in live mode all payment will be true payment with real money.

As Admin, you can add, edit and delete services. the delete method will hide the service instead of deleting it from database.

Service Fields
  • Title

    the title of the service

  • Slug

    the clean url part for the service, If you leave it empty the slug will be generated from the title

  • Category

    the category that the service belong to.

  • Details

    the service description, what you do, what you will provide for customer in this service.

  • Service Gallery

    images for service, you can upload multiple images. the first image will be treated as the featured image.

  • Digital Product

    Is this entry a digital product that customers will get a download link after purchase or just a service.

  • Digital Product File

    Upload the file that the customers will download after purchasing the Service/Product

  • External File Link

    You can link to an external file, this option will be available if the File isn’t uploaded.

  • Service Requirements

    This text will appear to customers after purchasing the service.
    For example instagram account details, or website FTP, or any extra details that help you to complete the service.

  • SEO Keywords

    for search engine optimization only, If you leave it empty the keywords will be generated from title.

  • SEO Description

    for search engine optimization only, If you leave it empty the description will be generated from details.

  • Published

    choose whether you want to activate the service or to disable it temporarily.

To get ReCaptcha Keys you should have a Google Account
Go to ReCaptcha Admin : https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin

As Admin, you can only delete customers. the delete method will hide the customer and prevent him from login to website instead of deleting him from database.

As Admin, you can manage incoming orders from customers.

Order Details Page
  • Start Order

    Start order will notify the customer that working on his order started.

  • Complete Order

    Complete order will notify the customer that working on his order is done and order is ready.

  • Cancel Order

    Cancel order will notify the customer that his order is cancelled and deleted.

  • Refund Order

    You can refund orders directly from order details page

Both you and the customer can exchange messages through the order details page. Both you and the customer can upload attachments to the messages.

  2. Login to your account
  3. in the left menu under Settings you will find a link to API Keys
  4. in the API Keys Page, click the button Create API Key
  5. Insert a name for your API Key and choose Full Access then click Create and View
  6. Copy your API Key and Use it in Mail Settings
