What I need to subscribe to Solo Hosted Plan ?
- You need a domain.
- You need a valid license for Solo (you need to purchase it from codecanyon.net).

I already have a hosting plan, what I need to do to move to Solo Hosted Plan ?
When you subscribe to Solo Hosted Plan, send us an email containing your hosting details and we will move your website to our servers.

What will happen after I subscribe ?
We will send you an email within 24 hours, asking for your domain details, then we will install the latest Solo version and link it to your domain.

What happen when I cancel my subscription ?
We will prepare a backup for all your website files and data and send it to you so you can move your website to different service provider or host company. However, we need a 30 days notice before cancellation to prepare everything for you and make sure that your transition will run smoothly.

What is your refund policy ?
For monthly plans, we don’t offer any refund.
For Yearly plans we offer a refund of 50% if you didn’t exceed 6 Month of service.
